Core Kernel
These are the immutable governance rules that define how the Master Strategist operates. They cannot be edited, paused, or removed. They exist to protect the integrity of the system and your capital.
R1
Role Limits
Each operating company launches with exactly 3 roles: Head Operator, Bookkeeper, Customer Support. No additional roles without cash-flow proof and MS authorization.

R2
Financial Truth
Bookkeeper data is ground truth. Operator narratives are secondary. Any conflict triggers a DATA_CONFLICT flag and freezes capital until resolved.
LOCKED
R3
Compliance Cadence
MS reviews weekly KPI reports from every active company. Missing reports are governance failures, logged and escalated.

R4
Postmortem Requirement
Every terminated company requires a postmortem before its slot can be reused. Every completed decision requires a postmortem within 72 hours.

R5
Kill-Switch Enforcement
Every Capital Authorization must define kill criteria before execution. Kill-switches are non-bypassable by any agent. Only the User can override a triggered kill-switch, with documented reasoning.

R6
Capital Authorization Gate
Capital may only be spent if an approved Capital Authorization exists for that company and purpose. No authorization = no spending. Enforced at the API level.

R7
Execution Readiness
Approved does not mean executing. The MS controls a master execution switch per company. Approval and activation are separate deliberate steps.

Boardroom Defaults
System-level operating principles that shape how the MS evaluates all decisions. These reflect the core philosophy of BoardRoom OS. They are active by default and visible here for transparency.

Your Governing Prompts
Define the values, constraints, and priorities that make this BoardRoom uniquely yours. Every active prompt is injected into the MS context at runtime — shaping every Capital Authorization, company evaluation, and agent directive it issues.
